It's not officially called a bumblebee since it didn't come from the factory with the black. It's a camaro rally and the black accents were added at our dealership.

Yeah it was for 09. Its called the Spring Special and the color is B5 blue (The color looks amazing up close). It was available for the Dodge Charger Superbee in 2008 (1000 made) and available for the Challenger in 09.

btw did u get the new camaro check list of things to check when u get them? it was on the red site, like 83 things wrong internally and externally with the car from the factory (loose bolts, peeling weather stripping etc.)

There was a vibration issue so the solution was to add wheel weights to the calipers!

Did you guys know that many of the body panels of the Challenger especially in the rear are made off the molds from the original challenger.

I dont know exactly, It was something i read in a magazine a long time ago. I thought it said that some original molds were used to make panels for the new one but that does not look possible by those pics. the only spot that looks the same is the back section of the roof and down the pillars.

I know what article you are talking about. It wasn't that the new Challenger was made from the Original mold but that the new Challenger was the BEST retro theme car of the new three (Mustang vs. Camaro vs. Challenger). In saying that, it was the new Challenger that was the closest proportion to it's original as well as closest style and design. (did any of this make sense, lol??)
