I have to disagree. To me they sound..girly. LOL, maybe its the guys that drive it.. :lol:

The only VQ's you can actually HEAR is a 350Z/G35/FX35/370Z/G37....all the others have muzzles on there mouths..

I think they have a unique exhaust note...the 350Z/G35 is my fav...

they only sound good above 3500 or 4000 RPM, I say I hate them cuz I think they're anoying pooteling around town.

I like his car; it is Silver. It sounds good and has a great feel to it, but the throttle and brake are WAY too touchy. That is the only bad thing about it...he bought it a year ago with 15K miles for $23K from a ford dealer that wanted it off the lot hahaha

and then there is this intake that is $200+ less than the others. Would this even help? Or will it hurt performance?

Yeah, the braking and throttling take some getting used to, but once you do they feel "normal."

If I remember correctly there was an intake comparison done on that forum and all the results were extremely close (as far as performance increases) - I think most guys with a G35 go with a Z-tube and a JWT popcharger. I believe Stillen sells the Z-tube and Jim Wolf Technology sells the popcharger.. though Stillen may have their own Z-tube/filter combo.
