Hay guys long time no see right?

Well I need a little hlep with aproject car in my auto class. It's front bumper fender grille and a headlight are all broken and will be replaced, so is it possible to do a front end swap from a 99 grand caravan onto the Plymouth voyager of the same body style? (I hope you can understand all of this)

I know but what I want to know is if it would just bolt up or not cuz that one in the pic is after the refresh and the one that were working with isn't.

Never mind, the pic I got was of one similar to the one I'm working on , same color too. The 99 grand caravan has the front end I want on our voyager.
