transmission shift sequence

hi, i have a problem with the shiffting, when i give it gas it shifts well then on steady acceleration starts going up and down time after time then if i give more gas it forces and changes gear up and steady?
i have a Gran cherokee limited 1996 5.2L 90K and i have changed the fluid and filter yesterday, put the pan back on and filled up with new fluid.
what can it be now before i changed the fluid it was very very mucky.
i have read it could be the TPS. i have only drived about 10 miles after the fluid exchange.

i think the mods should move this to the ZJ section for better results as hardly any echos are made in just the XJ cherokee section this is in.

Check your Governor Pressure Solenoid Valve. That's the same problem that I had on my 94' ZJ.
