Could be the TIPM (total integrated power module) issue that quite a few of these vehicles have had. My 2011 had its replaced in December. Basically one day it wouldn't start intermittently. It would turn over, but wouldn't start or would start and die. Sometimes it would start more consistently with the remote start, sometimes not. It seems some get it worse than others.
The basic issue seems to be the fuel pump relay inside the TIPM isn't getting signal to the fuel pump. Or the opposite happens to some people where the relay is left open and the fuel pump drains the battery when the car is off. Options are to replace the TIPM (~$1200) or install a fuel pump relay bypass kit for half the price that bypasses the faulty relay in the TIPM. I opted to start a case with Chrysler and convinced them to cover half the cost of the TIPM parts and labor. There is a class action lawsuit for the TIPM issues that covers multiple models and years, so starting a case with Chrysler is a worthy cause IMO....if this is the cause of your problem of course.
