They are the customers I appreciate.

Its gotten so bad that I started keeping a daily call/email spread sheet. It really has been a great tool to keep tabs on who and when I had conversations with.

I have plenty of time during the day keep tabs on my case. It's just so crazy how they operate. Probably the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. No customer should ever go through what I'm going through, especially with this much time elapsing with no resolve in sight.

Please keep your ideas steaming in on what else I should suggest to the "star" tech team to look into.

You need to contact the regional Jeep representative and have him meet you at the dealership. He can make bigger decisions as far as removing you from that vehicle and getting you into another one. Next person at Jeep Customer Care you speak to mention that. I believe he's looking over my case now because I wasn't getting anywhere with the Customer Care rep i was dealing with. Finally talked to someone that was great yesterday, her name was Pat, and she told me that my case file history is insane and needs to be taken seriously. She promptly forwarded it to the region Rep so I'm hoping things change now! So thats my advice. Stop dealing with the dealership tech guys and get the rep there. Good luck!

Re: 2014 Altitude - Gauge Cluster Freak Out... VIDEO

Rhonda was having issues with her JK last year. It was out of service 122 continuous days, due to Jeep saying try this try that. Owner of the dealership finally called and raised hell. End result...new transmission and new engine. But 122 days! I would have exploded. Rhonda just smiled and kept her kool......

Found this link last night on a Chrysler 300 forum. It's a list of all customer relations managers across the country divided by territory.

UPDATE... i had to track down a regional rep (myself... took about 3 days searching online for contact info) and basically explained the entire situation. He called me back after reviewing my case history of my Jeep and offered to buy me out of my lease. It took no effort on my part for him to make me this offer. Granted i've been dealing with the "resolution dept" literally for months about my truck and they JUST got back to me the other week and told me my buy back request was denied and that i should call an arbitrator if i wasn't happy with their decision.... are you *ucking kidding me!!! About a day later my service department called me saying they thought they fixed the problem by replacing the KIN/WIN module, but the jeep freaked out again while on a test drive. I laughed and told him i was already approved to be bought out of that Jeep. He had no idea, nor did sales or the resolution department (which was supposedly working with my dealer daily on my case) informing him of what was happening. Talk about lack of communication by all parties!! What a joke!!

Anyways... after thinking about my options for a few days I decided to go for a substitution of collateral. My dealer happened to have a 2015 Altitude being delivered within a few weeks, so i had them hold it for me. I went with Billet Silver again, but this time with park sense, backup camera and 9 speaker audio + sub. My rep was able to cover ALL costs including the difference in MSRP which was $1450!! I even got navigation thrown into the mix at no charge. My dealer couldn't believe the deal i was offered... he said hes never seen Jeep step up like that for a customer. Now that's really sad to hear.

Just waiting on the final paperwork to get processed and for me to pickup my new rig. It was just delivered fresh off the trailer last week

Nice score! I hope this Jeep is to your satisfaction as mine is to me - you've certainly earned it. Glad the rep was so after all you've been through.

Its been months of aggravation and headache. I have about 15 pages full of call logs and conversations I've had with Jeep that I kept as a reference for myself.

The only thing that kept me with Jeep is the fact that I love the new redesign and the Altitude package. If not for either of those I'd be in an Audi or Lexus right now.
