I feel your pain. I'd call Jeep Customer Care and set an appointment with dealer through them. Seems to be the only way you can get things fixed if the dealer can't seem to fix then the first 4-5 times like my car

Then you need to find a dealer with a better service department.

The TSB that addresses the headlight condensation problem has pictures for the dealer to look at to determine if the condensation is bad enough to warrant replacement under the TSB. I don't know how much more of a no-brainer FCA can make it for them. If they can't interpret a freakin' picture then they should be stripped of their FCA dealership and let them become an independent used clunker dealership.
