2005 Cherokee Laredo - no heat

Just bought my first Jeep - a beautiful 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. I bought it knowing there was no heat but hoping it would be an easy fix. We took out the glove compartment like we saw online, but it didn't look like we were expecting. Then realized the instructions we saw were for up to a 2004 only! Found instructions to run diagnostics on the heater and received the following:
48 - right temperature door was not responding
51 - Al (Recirc) door travel range too small
Is this referring to the blender door? Where is the blender door on a 2005 and how do I access it? Does anyone have any pictures of what should be behind the glove box in a 2005 Laredo? Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Hello spsalmon and welcome to JeepGarage. And welcome to the Jeep family. Mine, too, is my first Jeep. I see this is your first post, but it is in the section for 2011s and up, the WK2. Yours being a 2005, you will want to post and lurk over in the WK section, for 2005-2010.

There are a lot of good people with good knowledge here at JeepGarage. I hope you get your questions answered and then also start helping out the community as you are able, too. You also may want to take a quick look at the four generations of the GC at Wikipedia: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeep...2.80.932010.29

Again, welcome.
