2011 GC limited-A/C not cooling

My 2011 limited AC is not cooling at all....it blows normal air even when set at LO tempreature with AC on and with the low or high fan speed.
I need any advise what to do... May the gas need to be checked?!

Waiting any opinion...

Re: 2011 GC limited-A/C not cooling

Faulty AC compressor would be my guess. Fairly common with the early WK2's. Most folks start noticing it when there's no cold air at idle.

I'd first make sure the AC system is fully charged.

Same symptoms my '14 GC exhibited. Service tech discovered a problem with the evaporator.

Tech had to remove the entire dash panel to replace the evaporator. He somehow got it all back together; no rattles or squeaks!

A few panels had chips and dings that happened during the process. The service manager happily ordered - and had a tech replace the damaged panels. The work was performed under warranty.

Those plastic panels are very brittle and easy to damage so be sure to make a thorough post-service inspection.
You might want to take some detailed interior photos beforehand if your vehicle has to go through what mine did.

Hope it is a simple fix and does not involve anything major.
