2011 GCL key problems

Hi -

Just joined a day or so ago and am looking for other who get the "key not detected" error. I have had three keys replaced and the WIN module. Still get the error and can't start the car but my dealer says there are no codes so there is no problem - stop complaining. Been towed 4 times.

Bill

Welcome to JG! Another avenue is to call Chrysler customer relations number from your owners manual. Most times they will set up a conference call between them, you and the dealer to get the issue resolved.Trust me dealers don't like hearing from them.

I had this happen several times. I usually retry and it goes away.
