2012 Bluetooth connecting and disconnecting and Navi black

Hello, I have 2012 Cherokee Limited... about 4 days ago the bluetooth started disconnecting from my iphone5s. It was working fine for months then out of the blue it's like it disconnects and then reconnects. If I try and make a call, it looks like it's working the Iphone shows it connected but the person on the other end can't hear me until I turn the bluetooth off, then I can talk through my phone. I did a soft reboot and it worked for a second meaning I could hear a call through the radio but after a couple of seconds, it did the same thing where it looks like it is working but the person can't hear me. Also, the navigation is just black. It has the info at the bottom showing volume and the radio station but no navi, just black screen. I put my vin in uconnect and it says I have the update. I called them and did the soft reboot but now I'm stumped... Any suggestions?????? Thanks!!!!!!!!
