About 70 percent of the time my door lock button will not lock the door when I press it after I exit the car and press the button. The rear hatch button always works. Has anyone had this problem before and resolved it?

Which pocket do you have your key in?, (the one closest to the GC?) the key detection field only extends a few feet from the car, so if you have the key in the pocket furthest from the car it could be just on the edge of the field or just out side it, also it works better with a slow longer push
Another thought is to make sure you're not grabbing the entire handle when you push the button. Sometimes I will do that rather than just pushing the button and obviously if you grab the underside of the handle it's going to want to open the locks.
