2012 GC Battery Indicator and Windshield Wipers on Start

My Grand Cherokee is a little over 1 month old. During this month on two occasions I have gotten in the car and started up and the battery indicator stayed on and the windshield wipers made two passes across the windshield?? After I turn the car off and restart everything is fine. Is this just a glitch in the system or a sign of a more serious problem?

You need a new ink cartridge. Your script isn't showing.

Sounds like some crossed wires. Take it to the dealer.

He changed his font color to light gray. Those of us who select a light gray background can't see it.

Sorry about that, I copied over my post to outlook to spell check it and when I pasted back I guess it changes the color.

Re: 2012 GC Battery Indicator and Windshield Wipers on Start

I have white on black. Every now and again someone posts in a dark color (usually in a .sig). To read can either just highlight or cut&paste into notepad.
Now why is my .sig occasional ?

Re: 2012 GC Battery Indicator and Windshield Wipers on Start

Back to my problem. I took the car into the dealer and everthing tested high, He found a wire had come loose on the back of the alternator even though it had a red safety clip that was supposed to hold in place. He reattached and everthing is working fine.
