So I drive a 13 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk with the 3.6L V6 and haven't had any major issues with it yet and the clock just hit 47k miles. But I just recently moved out to Denver a few weeks ago from Florida and naturally I wanted to explore the great Rocky Mountains now that I'm finally out here. Sometime last week I went up to Mt Evans for a sightseeing adventure and as I'm coming back down the mountain the check engine light comes on. I go to AutoZone and check it out and computer said the catylitic converter was running lean, I assumed that maybe since this was the first time the truck had ever been to such a high elevation it would throw off the sensors(Mt Evans summit is 14,000 ft whereas Miami, FL is around 500 ft) I cleared the code and no issues for the rest of the week. Today we took a trip down to Rye, CO and went into the mountains again, but this time nowhere near as high up(about 8,000 ft) and as we are coming down, same thing happens again....

Has anyone that drives in higher elevations had this same problem, is it something simple to fix? Or should I make a trip to the dealer and see if this is a major fix?

Thanks in advance for any help anyone can provide
