Now the problem is they don't have the part anywhere in the Mopar parts system.

By chance, does anyone know where the air suspension control module is located? Maybe under the hood near the air pump?

The module is under the drivers seat. Its in a compartment in the floor, if you slide the cover off from the back seat you will see it.

On the 11-13's the module is under the drivers seat in a well beneath the floor (similar to the battery compartment on the passenger side)

Re: 2014 Air Suspension

My 2011 gave me the same message several times over the winter months eventually leading to "suspension system failure" and "immediate service required".
In short, they could not find the problem but changed a valve (Jan 2012) and it seemed fixed. However, one year later (Jan 2013), I started to get the same message of system cooling down when going into park mode which I do every time I park.
Again, the system failed, the front of the Jeep was well below normal and the rear sky high. After two weeks in the shop, they finally found a leak in the front lines (a valve) which only occurred below -12 Celsius. They finally had to change all the front lines and valves plus the compressor. In total, it stayed in the shop for 5 WEEKS !!! mostly because the parts took a long time to come from Detroit.
So far so good.

The dealer checked this two weeks ago and said that the error message lead them to do an update. Have not had the problem since. Hope it stays that way.

Can you find out what the update involved? Was it a software update or a part replacement? My dealer called me today to say that Chrysler has located a replacement air susp control module for my Summit and is shipping it to him.

It was software only. No parts replaced.

Re: 2014 Air Suspension

on the '14's has anyone had the "Raising" notification keep flashing for miles? I normally park in exit entry, so after getting back in and reaching 15pmh it raises back to normal driving level. A few times the "Raising" notification stayed on for 4-5miles and the amber light by the gear shift kept blinking, I switched to sport mode waited a few minutes and back to Drive and the light went off. Not sure if this is a glitch or something leading to a bigger issue.

Mine started doing this around 1100 miles when the other random software glitches started occurring. I always put it in exit mode when I park, and some of the times I stars driving I get the exact same behavior as yours unless and I 'fix' it like you do. I keep meaning to see if the new software update fixes it, else I will have it looked into separately. To me, it seems the suspension is correctly raising the car and then stopping its thing, but the display system doesn't notice QL is done.

This has also happened to me once. I parked it in 'exit' mode one night;
the next morning when I started driving the 'raising' light kept flashing. The only way to get the raising light to stop flashing was to put the car in sport mode and then back to normal mode.

I hope by the time I'm due for an oil change that there will be fixes to these nuances.

Damn! Me too. Same thing. Just started a few days ago around 1,000 miles. Hope there's a fix coming, and hope it's only the lights, not the QL mechanics.

Re: 2014 Air Suspension

glad I'm not the only one, if it becomes a consistent issue I'll bring it up to the dealer, but I bet it'll be random until something really breaks
