2014 Audio volume setting to increase with speed?

I have used all 3 settings on my 2014 Overland for auto controlling the audio volume with rising speed. I really can't notice a difference. Am I alone?

Re: 2014 Audio volume setting to increase with speed?

You shouldn't notice a difference. The idea is to keep the volume the same level above the road noise. I never gave it much thought after setting it, but never fiddle with the volume control unless I switch input.

On maximum it's definitely noticable! Mine took an ignition cycle to take effect. Prior to that the selection had changed on screen but the system hadn't got around to adjusting the setting.

Cheers,
Steve

Thats my problem. I have to still turn up the volume manually as the road noise increases no matter what setting I use. The volume pretty much stays the same.

Mine makes a difference, particularly on the max setting. You have to speed up to notice it, but IMNHO, it is a bit too much.

... is easier to just use the wheel buttons.

Something is amiss. I guess it's something the dealer needs to address.
