2014 cherokee issue

I had two reflashes done to my grand Cherokee a few weeks ago for the hvac and oil life. After the reflashes and the reset I noticed that my range meter or distance to empty was not changing while I was driving. I drive 32 miles each way to work and it will change 3 to 4 miles while driving.

But once I shut it off and restart it the mileage will drop to be close to the miles driven. Called the dealer last week and scheduled a appointment to have them look at it today. The tech said he looked there my jeeps software and did not see and trouble codes or issues. Took the jeep for a 15 mile test ride and noted the range meter dropped 3 miles and said that was acceptable and sent it out the door saying no issues with the jeep. My range meter was always been real close to the miles driven but not even close now. What do I do now since my local dealership is saying no issues with it??

I posted it in here hoping to get more input since the guys without the 3.0 diesel usually don't look in posts about the 3.0 diesel. Maybe guys with the gas motors have had the same issue that I am having

It might help to change your title to "Grand" Cherokee.
