Re: 2014 GC Summit Bumper Flaw

The service manager where I have my Jeep serviced was pissed at his sales department when I told him why I bought elsewhere. He said when they lose the sale, he often loses a service customer. He was happy I decided to give his service department a try.

Because your Service Manager knows you will give them another chance if he serves you well. Any store that does not understand this is not prepared for the future of vehicle sales.
