Hahaha... You guys are so harsh!

Yeah, I would have preferred the Forester, but I'm not buying a car without NAV and a decent stereo and I can't wait until possibly October until they're here.

The CR-V is fugly, but I'm hoping we get to love it somehow. The engine/transmission combo doesn't inspire confidence power-wise. 5-speed, and you have to really wind it up to get the power. And to think some folks here are questioning the GC V6 vs. V8.

Bottom line, this is a grocery-getter and Home Depot workhorse with the occasional road trip. I think it will be fine for all that. I have the Wrangler if I want to hit the beach or off-road park.

Hopefully it will be great for us.
