Hi,

It may apply to your QL air suspension if your build sheet shows you have a sales code for the suspension which is SDMS; export tuned suspension.
I have QL air suspension and my build sheet shows SDMS; export tuned suspension.

Does'nt the TSB mentioned SDM export tuned suspension. I presume SDM or SDMS export tuned suspension appear to be the same thing. If the build sheet is to be believed. Or does SDMS mean something else? Or simply call your dealer and find out what sales code for your suspension is.

I am talking about the build sheet Milous gave me for my JGC. On page three it says that the suspension is SDMS; export tuned suspension.

I have hollow sounds from the suspension, from the front and rear. I am about to call my service centre again as they asked me to monitor it for a while, well it hasn't improved.

Billet Silver WK2 Overland 3.6 (4000kms)
-Air Conditioning will be set on LO-20 and every 5-10 minutes it will blow warm air for 2-3 minutes
-SD Card Slot and USB Slot for media is temperamental, sometimes it works fine, sometimes it does not work at all and sometimes it appears to double or even triple the playlist size by doubling up on songs.

Mine simply doesn't switch to anything, i.e navigation, climate, settings, not just radio (I used radio as an example in my post). Manual selection is the only way out of Control. I belief it has become a cold case in the dealer's hand. Please let me know if your dealer has the know how.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee Problems - Australia

Still having issues with coolant temperature rising when towing(2700kg) uphill in OAT's above 28C. Increases rapidly to just above 5/8 guage indication then decreases just below 1/2 guage once fan kicks in, I presume. Don't believe I am pushing it to hard, normally around 80kph and around 2200rpm. Have had service people check fan system operation and they tell me its normal.

Have heard that the cooling fan should RUN at low speed with A/c ON from start-up. Mine doesn't seem to operate this way. Is this correct or not.

I have the exact same issue but they claim it's within safe range and not actually overheating. Feels a bit scary though when it gets right up.

I have the same issue with the SD card - it has doubled and tripled almost all of my songs on the card. Very frustrating when looking for an a song.
Anyone know why?

If you have just copied your ITUNES music folder from your computer, you probably find you've got double ups there.
I use the SD card and have no problems.

Re: 2014 Grand Cherokee Problems - Australia

With the SD card problem, format the card, copy the songs, then click the write protect switch. This fixed my problem.
