Interestingly enough, my wife's 2013 Chrysler Town & Country (same hi-beam control as yours) is experiencing the EXACT SAME problem- setting the hi-beams to auto isn't selectable, and/or they won't turn off when an oncoming car approaches. Shut the van off, turn it back on, boom, works fine again.

Goddamn Chrysler gremlins.

Sounds like a TIPM problem...

I'm going to look at getting our van's swapped out.

Tried it yesterday running from Cherokee to Gatlinburg through the park. Pitch black out. No dice. Obliterated several oncoming drivers' retinas.
