You're not in front of your vehicle when it's turned off and your signal is on anyway, the opposite traffic is...extremely minor c'mon.

That's my point, I think it looks tacky from the outside view. I'd rather it be something internal that only I'd see and not the rest of the world outside.

For some reason, when I see a Chrysler 300 signaling, at first glance, it looks like a old broken car with the one lamp out. I'm just not used to it I guess. I like the sleek, clean more evenly distributed look of the lighting and the signalling just messes with that a bit.

Not a big deal, just curious as to my options. I'm glad they can at least be turned on to only dim instead of completely shutting off, that's a little better at least.

Damn, they have rules for everything! And people think our government isn't protecting us.

You could always re-wire them. A simple relay triggered from an ignition switched source would keep them fully on any time the ignition is on.

I'd actually really consider doing that. The only problem is, I'm not to electrical savy when it comes to vehicle set ups. (knowing my luck, I'd end up wiring it so that it only comes on with the window wipers are activated lol).

So if someone is wanting to try this, please put a directional video or write up together so that I can do it too

You just proved to the designers that they are right. You noticed the DRL is off and that the vehicle has its blinkers on

Lol, and I also notice the blinkers on every other car that doesn't require the DRL's to shut off. So nothing gained here by having them off.

Unless you're completely color blind and can't tell a blinking orange light from a white stationary light.

He would only think he looked cool. Most people aren't paying attention to his Jeep in the first place. They are busy texting.

Driving hime to tonight and saw an Audi q7 that i watched closely behind me as it has the LED DRLs on. The amber LED Turn signal went on but all LED DRLs stayed on BECAUSE the turn signals are located on the bumper below the headlamps-unlike the Chryslers headlamps, the turn signals and DRLs are all incorporated in the same housing.
