If it can be traced to a certain speed range, then it might be a resonance issue with a sheet metal bracket vibrating like crazy.

This is the first I listened to this as the sound didn't play on my tablet. It sounds to me like something hitting a fan blade or something else that is spinning. I thankfully have not heard it in person.
