I posted on their comment to you that they need to look at the forums for this issue.

Re: 2014 Overland Buzzer Sound while driving

This is what I received. Since I know a lot of people do not use facebook I requested that instead of me collecting the information that he give me an email address so those facing the problem can email either him or customer service directly.

"My name is Ross and I am contacting you on behalf of Jeep. We would like to have the opportunity to directly address the concern you have with your vehicle. In order to escalate to customer care, I need to gather some information. Would you please provide your contact information (phone number and email address) and your Vehicle Identification Number?
The vehicle's identification number (VIN) can be located on your vehicle's driver side dash viewable through the windshield, or you can locate the VIN from the insurance card or state registration.
Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.

Chrysler responded to me indicating they will notify their development team but nothing concrete yet. Seems like a canned response.

Re: 2014 Overland Buzzer Sound while driving

Also my dealer didn't have a clue since it didn't happen during the test drive.

Has anyone had any luck with the dealer pinpointing the problem?

Re: 2014 Overland Buzzer Sound while driving

Just for the sake of any thoughts/trends, we have 1000+ miles on an Overland V6 4x4 and have NOT heard anything like this (yet).

Re: 2014 Overland Buzzer Sound while driving

Mine is a Summit 2014 V8 and makes the noise.

I wonder since this happens on the V8 at very low rpm (~1,200) whether it has to do with the new algorithm to partially shut down cylinders on the V8.

I'm stumped there are no news yet with the problem happening to so many people.

Re: 2014 Overland Buzzer Sound while driving

I haven't heard it yet on my 2014 Summit V8. But I only have about 350 miles on it.
