I have had the vehicle at the dealership 3 times in less than a month. They updated the software to 13.19.0 and it still gives me the error. The service department thinks it has something to do with the uconnect access. After reading these posts I know the radio needs to be replaced. Any suggestions on how I can make the dealership understand this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
