2014 summit antenna issue

Picked up my 14 go summit yesterday and am having a problem acquiring a satellite signal. I have sent a refresh numerous times and believe it may be the antenna is loose. Any suggestions. I get a signal and than lose it. I'm parked in the street so it's not an overhead issue. Never had this problem in my 08 or 11 overland.??? Also condensation in my headlamps. Too many issues for a jeep I own for less than 48 hours
