2015 Altitude - Paint and Engine Light Issues
Get a case opened ASAP with customer care. Express your disgust with the jeep and how it's only been a few weeks. I would ask for them for oil changes for the entire term of your lease to makeup for all the shit you've been through already. They really can't give you much more, if anything else they could give you an extended warranty for future incase you buy it out at the end.
Just make sure you get an invoice from the service department outlining every problem... all the paint defects, check engine light, the diagnostic codes pulled and all the repairs performed. The service manager can adjust the wording accordingly... most service advisors input very vague statements that don't really show the severity of your problems. I would proof read it before you sign anything and have them correct the wording to your liking. Those records can be big leverage down the line if you keep having trouble with your GC. I would even create an excel file showing dates, mileage, repairs, oil changes, etc...
