2015 grand cherokee trany shift problems

hello just picked up me jeep, week later I notice rough shift between 1 and 2 gear in low RPM, around 1,500 rpm. jerk in to 2nd
does any one else have this issue? is it reparable? or I have to lemon the truck?

His is a 2015, TSB is for 2014 models.

his symptoms are the same to the '14's I'd check with your dealer and see what TSB applies to your '15

I too had this problem on my 2015, I am now on 3100K miles and the problem has been gone for about 500 miles or so. I drive my Jeep very conservatively, ECO mode is off, and don't play with paddle shifters. So maybe it is simply the learn process the new transmission needs to have.
