Get the dealership to do an alignment.

Satellite radio and VoiceCommands weren't working but I took it home and updated the radio and that seems to have resolved.

Happens. Sometimes these updates have to re-flashed twice and the latest one (allegedly fixing the hack) is buggy.

Last night I tried using automatic High beams and even in a pitch black field they wouldn't activate.

As others have said, automatic high beams are not automatic if 1) not enabled in uconnect; 2) the high beams are not enabled from the dash stalk and 3) light sensors pick up either incoming light or a reflection from something else shining back into the sensor.

I've also noticed that the driver ventilated seat fan kicks on when enabled but is incredibly weak compared to the passenger seat.

Is it weak when turning them both at the same time, on the same setting from the screen command or is it weak when remotely starting the car?

Anytime I give it Gas in eco mode it has a harsh kick like it's downshifting way too low for the amount of gas given.

Do you have all the latest reflashes for the TCU?

I noticed that my tires were over inflated by about 12 pounds and while deflating them to 33 pounds each, noticed this: Attachment 60269

They were doing you a favor. There's no reason to run the tires at that low a pressure unless you hate gasoline and want to burn it all. Or you are driving in inclement weather (i.e. snowstorm) or off-road. I run mine at 40 Rear and 42 Front psi.

Have any of you had problems with these things? Any advice or thoughts? Do you see the rust like in the picture on your vehicles?

I have it too on the driver side exhaust pipe. I even had the "rust protection coating" applied. It will happen eventually but no, not on a fresh-of-the-lot 2015.
Good luck.

Re: 2015 Limited Problems Just Purchased

After reading this thread I checked my rotor hubs and found these rust areas. My 15 Altitude is only two months old. I'm going to be at the dealer next week and will see what they say. I'll post their response.

Regarding the rust my dealer won't do anything. They walked me around the lot and every vehicle had it to some extent. I live in Phoenix so it's not like it's wet. Let me know if any of your dealers do something for you.

I'm in Phoenix too, what dealership did you take it to? I recently bought my JGC at Moore Auto in Peoria.

I have a 2015 Limited and am just now noticing the hard shifts in 1/2 while in Eco mode. I will have the flash done next week during a service appointment. I love the vehicle, I just hope they get the transmission and other bugs worked out.

I bought mine at Moore in Peoria too. Mine only has 150 miles on the clock and they're going to have it probably until Monday fixing all the stuff I asked them to. They gave me a 2016 Forrester loaner in the mean time. Because the system adapts to the way you drive and the vehicle has a learning period i'm going to hold off on having them flash the transmission for now. Don't want to do anything that isn't necessary just yet.

Yeah, I have only 876 miles on mine, so I will wait until 2K before I get really concerned, as I am aware of the learning period you referred to. Thanks for your input.

That rust is common. Just clean it off with an abrasive pad or wire brush.

Mine had that rust when new and I told the manager of their prep department to clean it all off before I take delivery.

Re: 2015 Limited Problems Just Purchased

I've noticed a couple of nuances too on my car and it's brand new (bought it a week ago). I had the rust and the overinflation of the tires aswell. The most annoying defect is the fact that one of the window frames is missing a bolt. It's obvious somebody screwed up pun intended, and never even placed it (see pics below). I also noticed a slight shift issue on eco mode but after the first 500 miles it fixed itself.

Still waiting to get my Jeep back. Apparently the amount of weight they need to add to the wheels to remove vibration isn't safe so they are waiting for Chrysler to respond as to what to do. The dealer has now had my new Jeep the same amount of time that I have.

Phx here too. Got mine at Larry H Miller and it has some rust spots too.

Did you order it or buy it off the lot? If you bought it off the lot check the build date and that'll give you an idea of how long it sat at the lot. Mine sat for a few months. I don't think the dealers here cycle the inventory around that much so when we get dust and rain the vehicles just site with maybe a wash every so often. There was an Overland close to mine that had a huge black widow web around the rear pax area.

Mine had some nasty water spots on the pano glass that I had to take it back to the dealer to get them to remove it - They just did a basic wash when I bought it. My GC is white and there are several stains where it looks like the water/dirt baked in under the sun. Not sure if there's really much the can or will do about it, but I'll ask next time I go in.
