2k14 Summit leather dash stitching reflection

hi all..

Havent driven my 2k14 Summit too much since picking it up last weekend -- however -- one thing I did notice was the reflection of the leather stitching of the dash in the windshield. In many combinations of light - it is somewhat annoying... In any case --Im sure ill get used to it -- is it me? Or am I being a little over the top... Anyone else notice it?

thx.

Re: 2k14 Summit leather dash stitching reflection

There is a long thread on the topic with the white stitching in the Overland. Most folks learn to look past it. A couple of folks discussed coloring the thread with a Sharpie, but I don't know if anyone went ahead with it.

Thanks. I'll look up the thread. Drive it yesterday. It's not always present, depends on sun angles. I'm starting to get past it already. Guess the brain just blocks it out after a while and everything blends...

bertball50! Thanks for the suggestion! I will try polarized sunglasses and see if it works for me. My regular oakleys do not - great tip! Thanks.
