Can your dealer get you a loaner WK2? That's the minimum I would expect from them at this point as they can't correct the issues in a timely manner. Complain to Chrysler directly.

They gave me a loan car last time, but a Sebring not a WK2. I think they are worried I will take the loan car off-road also.
Just irritated as winter is almost over here and it is no fun in the desert during summer. seems I might have to wait for next season to have some fun again.

UPDATE:
Dealer just called. They want me to take it in tomorrow, says Chrysler HQ wants to come and inspect the car. At least they are giving me a Sebring as a loaner.
This Wednesday will be one month since I started having problems with the 4WD/QL. Seems they dont know how to fix it yet though.

They said from HQ, but I am not sure it's from the US. Maybe HQ Dubai? Who knows? Should no more tomorrow.
No case number, things are a little different here. BTW, who do I contact in the US for an international complaint? Email anybody?

Emails are like swarms of mosquitoes and treated accordingly. If you want to stand out and get exceptional attention, call U.S. customer service by telephone ("You're calling from where?!"). They'll likely transfer your call to somebody in International who can be genuinely useful.

With Skype Call Phones and such, the cost would be negligible.

I called long before the Chrysler reorganization. It was their extended warranty toll-free number (1-800-521-9922), and the upshot was to resolve my problem and save me several thousand dollars. You'll need something else, obviously.

BTW, I got an extremely helpful lady at that number, then using my phone conference-called to bring in the service manager at the local Jeep dealership. Having all three interested parties "at the table" made all the difference. Don't know if your Dubai phone allows for this, tho.

Surely one of the guys here can give you a current non-toll-free number, so what about it, gents? Can you supply a good Jeep HQ help number for our offroad colleague in need?

UPDATE:
The Dealer just called and said I can collect the vehicle!
They did a software update. Not sure what, but something to do with the ABS.
Anyway, they said that they tested it in the desert for two days without any failures. Sounds good, but I remain sceptical.
I am however VERY happy with the service from the dealer in Dubai and still love the Jeep. It is just a pity that my initial joy was spoiled by these two issues I experienced. Hopefully this will be the end of my bad luck and not an indication of things to come.
I will test it myself in the Desert the first chance I get and will report back here, problems or no problems.
