Re: 3rd day of ownership and...."service air suspension"??

When you get that message, does it stay at the height it is at? What happens if I'm rock crawling in Moab, miles from normal roads, and get that message when I'm all the way up? Anyone try disconnecting the battery for a couple minutes?

Im getting a burning smell everytime I enable it just to see what it will do, after 10 seconds I get the error message in the EVIC. Im pretty sure this one wont be fixed with a code being cleared.

You get the overheat message in the EVIC and it tells you to wait. It actually droppes to normal ride height.

Scary thing is im not even using the Jeep maybe twice a week and im already experiencing the pleasures of Jeeps quality control or just not enough testing on there part on the systems on these cars.

Mine was for sale got sold and they lost my title so now I have to keep it until they find it.

Im disgusted.

That really sucks with all the problems you are having. How many miles did yours have on it when you purchased it? I know at one point a lot of QL models had 40+ quality control miles. I wonder if yours never had QC ran.

I'm confused. You sold your new WK2 to someone and the deal fell through?

Yes I had a buyer thru Ebay and the dealer promised the title within a week it sold and its been 3 weeks no title.

Back on topic my QL was working fine, my Jeep sits in a heated garage and comes out on weekends, last friday I took it out and went to raise it and as soon as I did I got the message on the EVIC overheating please wait, it was 31 degrees outside.

Im scared to think what will happen if I actually start using it.

It goes to the dealer monday morning for the QL issue and the navigation not turning the screen on in cold weather. I really dont want to use the LEMON word but ill be keeping very close records starting with mondays service appointment.

BTW I have 820 miles on it and IMHO this is unacceptable for a $45k MSRP vehicle.

Re: 3rd day of ownership and...."service air suspension"??

I received the overheat message on the way home from the dealer after I bought the vehicle. It happened after I raised the vehicle to the highest setting and was lowering it to the sport setting. After a few minutes, it responded. Haven't seen it since.
