ABS/Traction Control while turning???

I have been noticing more frequently a feeling that seem like the ABS is kicking in on the innermost rear wheel when making tight turns, such as turning onto a road from a dead stop. I am pretty confident that the tire is not slipping and the pavement does not have any gravel when this happens. But it is real annoying and really "holds the car back" from accelerating.

Anyone else experience this? or know of any TSB's or solutions that would address this? I do have TSB 18-035-11 already applied.
