Access horns? Upgrade to Cadillac 4 horns

I had the four note Cadillac horns on my 1996 Impala SS, and now want to install them on my 2014 Grand Cherokee (Overland V8). How do you remove the black plastic which attaches to the plastic grille? I know how to remove the two button retainers on the top of it, but it is attached to the grille. Has anyone done this?

First you remove the bumper.....

I think they're have been people that successfully removed the grille insert without removing the bumper but not with any comfort or reasonable access to remove the horns..

I originally changed my horns through an opening at the top. It was very tight and got a few cuts. Later I added spot lights behind the grill and had to remove the front facia. Once removed it is so easy to access the work area. You just need some 1/4" scrivets (or similar) to replace the nylon rivets that need to be drilled out in the wheel arch.

Do a little write-up on this if you do it. I was looking for a good horn upgrade. These seem perfect.
