Air suspension issue / Truck not level

So I noticed that when the truck is in the lowered to the lowest positon that it is sitting about 1/2" - 1" lower on the passenger side. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, was it easily fixed?
Thanks

Does it also sit lower on passenger side in any of the other height settings?

Did you find out anything with this issue? My 2011 grand cherokee is doing the same thing on the right side.
Thanks

You need to take it in to a decent dealer and have them check the height sensors. If they check out okay, then they should recalibrate the system. This involves measuring the ride height in a few places on the truck, on a level surface (like an alignment rack) and then programming those values into the controller. Once that is done properly the system will recompensate and level out the vehicle.

Thank you. I took it to a dealer today and they said it was normal... I will call another one tomorrow and try again.
