Did they not tell you what work was completed? One dealer I contacted made it clear that since I didn't purchase the vehicle from them, they had no interest in doing the warranty work. I sent a heated email to Chrysler support and - much to my surprise - received a response from a human being. They contacted the dealer I ended up going to to have the work done to make sure I was satisfied. Are there any other dealers you can try close to you?
I was getting aggravated by the issues as well, but after having them addressed I'm a happy camper again.
