Re: Alarm problem on WK2 Overland summit

Now this is strange... I haven't been having the random alarm issues much anymore but today I went out to the Jeep and I got within 5 feet and it automatically just unlocked. I pulled out my fob and locked it, took a few steps back, then walked towards the Jeep again and it unlocked again... WTF? Maybe it was the heat from the sun or something? I thought that it can only unlock if you put your hand on the inside of the door handle? Im not accidentally hitting the fob in my pocket either. Anyone else have the problem?

The door sensor detected a low capacitance value on the inside of the handle. Make sure that space is clean and dry.
