When the salesman told you they would take care of the problem, did he put it in writing? All dealers have what they call a "We owe" which basically is a form that they list and sign for any problems, missing equipment, etc. Hopefully you got this. If not, that was your first problem, but assuming you did, go directly to the dealership owner and request his assistance. If he is unwilling, call Chrysler directly. They will insist that the dealer fixes your issues, especially if it is documented in writing.
You keep talking about taking it to a detailer. A detailer may not be able to fix your problems. It may require a body shop. Don't be so quick to ask for $150. when it may cost a lot more. Also, once you let the dealer off the hook, he will wring his hands of the entire issue.
