I'm not aware of any way to completely disable the entire ESC/TCS system on the WK2. The traction control can be reduced to allow more wheel spin than normal, so called partial off, by selecting sport mode. Or switching ESC off via the dash button.
Try holding the dash button for 10 seconds or so with the transmission in Park. That turns off the second TC in many vehicles (including our 2006 WK if I remember correctly).
I have heard this works for 80% of vehicles out there. You can always try finding the fuse and pulling it. I am sure it will cause many fault codes to pop up but if you just want Full TC Off to screwaround in a parking lot, then it shouldnt matter.
i tried taking the fuse off but this fuse has traction off esp and the fuel bump together >>>>.i pull it of then i stared the car and then the traction is fully off but the after seconds the engine switched off because of the fuel bump thank u jeep for putting them together
