Just got home from the service appointment and all I can say is - what a difference in performance! In only a few miles I can already tell that this is like having an entirely different - and certainly much better - vehicle.
+1 Giddy Up!

That's how I did it. I looked over the list of symptoms and noted the wording, then when I went to the dealer, I gave them the printout with the appropriate items marked.

Just asking for the TSB won't often get it done. Showing them what the paperwork says and explaining what your problem is often will.

It may be addressed in another post, but how do I know which TSBs have been applied? My dealer service guy said they 'check it for those when I bring it in for oil change'? I am not confident this is reality, but how would I know? Is there a database I can check?

From what I read when TSB is done dealer puts a sticker somewhere in engine compartment. Plus they update central database at Chrysler where it can be looked up by VIN number.

I don't think every TSB gets the sticker in the engine bay, but this one does. As for the central database, I presume that is the case as well; for the ESC update I know it was flagging vehicles as they came through the service department, so if you didn't have it yet, it would remind the dealer to get it done. TSBs don't do that, but I would expect them to keep track of what has had it done.

I got it flashed today! By Jeep in Sweden, where the car isn't even sold, yet:-). It arrived on container from Seattle last week and everything is intact. The winter capabilities of this rig is great, more snow is expected tomorrow. The flash for sure changed something, the response is for sure quicker, no doubt. Got the HVAC done as well, not that I had any issue with it. Paid $500 for this:-). No WW coverage for the warranty i'm afraid, but I love my car.

Here is the sticker that get's affixed inside the engine bay. This PCM/TCM TSB states that this sticker is mandatory. If you don't have it, then the TSB was likely not performed.

There is a silver looking plate with 3 big plugs connecting to it right in front of the fuse box. The sticker was affixed right there. I will try and take a zoom out shot tonight. Kinda hard to describe

excellent, thanks...that should be enough description, I haven't even taken a look under the hood yet in the first place

I am pretty sure my vehicle has had the TSB 18-012-11 flashes done, but not 100% certain. Milous reports it has had "181906J7 - Module, Powertrain Control." But that doesn't tell me too much since I have no magic decoder ring for this code. My Jeep is driving much better and I have no need for more work to be done (performance is now fine), but still a nagging uncertainty due to a dealer that is not very communicative.

I had looked for labels under the hood right after the work was done (March 4) but found nothing that seemed to fit. Then saw RageOfFury's post about the label he found. So re-examined my Jeep and found I had a label in the place he described (partly hidden and upside down, explaining why I didn't notice it before). See first three pics attached.

Problem is, when I go back to my archival pics, this label was already on my car at time of delivery back in December. So in my case this has nothing to do with the 18-012-11 TSB.

Then when I re-read the TSB, it describes in Step 3 of the Repair Procedure that the tech should type a label and "attach it near the VECI label" (i.e. Vehicle Emission Control Information). Now on my GC, the VECI label is on the underside of the front edge of the hood (4th pic attached). I have a security code plate near there installed by my dealer in case of theft, but no TSB label(s).

So here's my question: Does anyone have a TSB/RRT or any such label near their VECI?

I hate to search for yet another unicorn (like the front license plate bracket), but ChryCo and their dealers seem to love this sort of stuff.
