Auto Headlights Don't Work - Common Problem?

I have a 2012 Overland (bought in April, so maybe Feb or March build), and the automatic headlights no longer went on. Took it to the dealer, and it was diagnosed as "Found DTC B160F - 12 Twilight Sensor Circuit Open" and they put in an order for a new sensor. Just wondering if this is a common problem. I searched the database it doesn't seem to be, but I thought I share the findings anyways.

I had a problem with mine. Dealer replaced the sensor and now works fine.

No, that is not a common problem. You just happened to have a bad sensor.
