Back Up Camera Has Skipping Resolution

I have searched the threads and have see a couple with this mentioned but no real fix.
I have a 2014 GC Laredo with 8.4 Nav Ready radio so there wasnt a stock OEM back up camera available. The dealership sent me to a place that does all the custom after market work for them. It came out well but I to have a stutter in the image at times. The installers have switched out the camera three times and now just installed a expensive high resolution camera,no charge to me, the image is clearer and sharper but still has a stutter at times. They want to take the radio out and switch out the interface again but Im hesitant. The more times the dash is opened the more chances for rattles and stuff.
I have called numerous dealerships( 11 so far) across CA and none have heard of this issue but on one thread here it says its a "Known Issue" for the OEM back up cameras.

Do I just stop where I am and accept it as is or let them keep trying to get it perfect when it might be a Jeep thing and not in their equipment at all.

My software version is 13.48.3 and I saw that my vehicle is authorized for the newer 14.05.03. But I have no issues at all right now, tranny is smooth no fish bites , everything in the jeep works perfectly, so Im concerned by upgrading to 14.05.03, I might open a can of crap.

Any information on the image stutter and fix would be greatly appreciated. The dealership's are no help at all.

14.5.3 appears to have mixed reviews for dealing with camera shake/stutter.

Some of us have never had any, others seem to have it more...

There's a 14.22.13 due out ?august? soon, but the international folks are also giving that mixed reviews for camera.
