Battery voltage

Has anyone noticed that when using both front and rear wipers while having the hvac on and siting idling, the battery voltage gets low to around 13v? I noticed when it gets that low, my jeep starts to idle up to 900 rpm on its own I guess to keep the battery from running to low with everything on. After I turn the stuff off, it stays at 900 rpm for a little during stops but eventually goes back to its normal 600 rpm and the battery is at 14/15 volts. Anyone else noticing this? Seems normal to me but just curious. This links to my other thread Should I be concerned? - JeepForum.com but I'm starting a new thread on this. Appreciate it.

Re: Battery voltage

Sounds normal to me. No worries.
