Hey my Denver area guys -- any recommendations for dealers with best service department (regular maintenance)?

Bought from Faricy Boys in CO Springs, but I live in Denver. I don't mind driving a bit for good service. Need to take the new 2014 in for first oil change.

I live in Stapleton, so closet dealer is Colorado Jeep on Havana, but don't get a good feeling about that place.

Let me know!!

I use Autonation Chrysler Jeep Dodge, Southwest on South Wadsworth. That's a trek from Stapleton, but they get me in and out with no hassle, and they fixed a check engine light problem the first time. I haven't had any serious issues with my 2012 yet, so I haven't really tested them. But after two oil changes and the engine light problem, all signs are good.

I bought mine and have been using Go Jeep West on Colfax / 6 / i70 area (near Colorado Mills mall).

They have slowly been getting worse at communicating with me. Granted I've only taken it in 2x for oil changes so far (purchase included 4 free oil changes / tire rotations) but I can't even get these guys to respond to email anymore.

Maybe email isn't the preferred method of contact for the Service / Parts departments? I've emailed them about potentially buying the trailer hitch to have it added, about skid plates being added, and about new tires being put on. I've even "bumped" my own email once or twice, and still no replies.

Another time I went in to show them my cracked windshield (cracked over night while I was sleeping, started from a chip) and the main service guy said he would call me / email me back as soon as he found out which brand of windshield they would replace it with. That was at least 4 months ago, and I'm still waiting.

The first time I did go in there, they gave me an alignment because my steering wheel was slightly off center.

So I guess they are OK? I'm starting to have a weird noise / resistance when steering, I'll be finding out soon how easy they are to deal with that issue (I think it is related to the Steering TSB) when I go in for my next oil change.

I bought mine at Auto Nation on Broadway. Avoid them like the plague.. They have been useless so far. I've had the christmas tree dash and they haven't done anything for me. They were supposed to order a few replacement parts for me, and its been months with no communication. When I call them, they tell me that someone messed the order up, but its right this time.. So far its been three times.. There have been a few other problems with them as well, I won't go into it, just avoid.... Too bad too bc the sales department was good.

I'm in Stapleton, too! I'm going to try Johnson Auto Plaza in Brighton as that's where my diesel is coming from. I've not been there yet but my neighbor has several Ram trucks for their business and a 2014 GC Summit and they are happy with their service.

I bought mine at Go Broadway and have been using them for service. They have been real nice and have not damaged the Jeep during the visits. :) Justin, their service advisor, is real good with customers. I definitely recommend them. I know they are quite far away from where you are, but it is worth a try.

Centennial Jeep is < 2 miles from where I work, but I still take my Jeep to Go Broadway. My previous experience w/ Centennial Jeep was not good.

Hope this helps...

Cheers,
-A

I also bought mine from Go Broadway. The sales experience was excellent and I went infor first oil change last week. Very impressed. Friendly and efficient. Said I would wait for it. They said 45 min max and it was 35 min. Checked over everything and full written up report. My first experience of US vehicle service dept and that was as good as it gets for me.

I use Colorado Chrysler Jeep for all of my service for the last 7 years and I have never had a problem. They are always friendly, knowledgeable and do a great job. Ask for Jeff, he is a Jeep and Hemi guy.

Auto Nation on Broadway has been good with my "free" oil changes, but with the tranny issue, they told me the warranty would not cover it even before they looked at it. Even after they fixed it, they ran it through my extended warranty (small amount I had to pay), instead of covering through the powertrain warranty like it should have... That was last week. Just got back from being out of town for 3 days (Jeep parked the whole time) and now the A/C is not working, and the sunroof decided to start leaking at the car wash....I'm thinking someone switched vehicles while I was gone.

I have owned (8) Jeeps over the last 20 years. I also happen to live just up the street from Colorado Chrysler. I have been there at least 20 times since owning this 2012 JGCO. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. And to be brutally honest, ALL OF THE JEEP DEALERS IN DENVER ARE A MASSIVE FAILURE AND ARE GETTING WORSE. This is probably the case with most dealers though really.

But these people and Colorado Chrysler Jeep don't listen to the customer, they don't read work orders before doing work and they are sloppy at any work they do if they actually finish anything you take your Jeep in for. It also seems anytime something is wrong, these people have to take a photograph of the issue send it to Chrysler for approval. Most of the time they deny anyway.

I am becoming sick of Jeep and their sorry service centers and I am inches away from trading my Overland and calling it a day with Jeep/Chrysler.

I agree with the most recent post, ALL of the Jeep dealerships in the Denver Metro area SUCK! I have been to Autonation West, Autonation Broadway, Pro Jeep, Centennial Jeep, and Havana Jeep in Aurora, and all are scum bags.

I bought my vehicle from Centennial Jeep. Once I started having problems a week after I got the 14 Overland, I took it to their service department. The service manager is a complete joke! He doesn't know squat. In fact, the people on here know more than he does. Plus they keep getting their dirty hands all over my vehicle (dirty as in greasy etc). They don't care about cleanliness the least bit. So after they couldn't help me I took it to Autonation.

Both Autonation's tried to rip me off when I was purchasing. Both service departments are not responsive and act as if they don't give a crap about what is going wrong with the vehicle. Autonation Broadway tried to charge me for problems (i.e. jerky transmission, air suspension warning, etc.) with my brand new 14 Overland until I threw a fit and complained that it was still under warranty.

After autonation, I read reviews and thought I would try Pro. Pro at first seemed like they would be different. Thus the 20 mile drive for me was worth it. I WAS WRONG! They I think are the worst. The "assistant service manager" Luis is a complete joke! I dropped off my vehicle for all the slew of problems to include premature cracking leather. After two days, I called to check on the progress, and they told me they ran it through the tests and "couldn't replicate" (famous last words of all dealerships). However, I found out that they didn't do half of the work I reported to the guy taking down all my requests. So then they said they would do those other things including taking pictures. Then, I came to pick it up on saturday and waited a ridiculously long time for them to just drive up my vehicle. Luis wasn't in and the other "service manager" knew nothing other than what the "report" stated which was practically nothing. As I got my vehicle home, I noticed a long scratch on the driver side plastic door panel. In addition, as I was driving home, I found my stereo eq settings blasted all the way to the top and the stations changed. I called the weekend manager and complained. He told me he would inform Luis of it on Monday. Come Monday, never heard anything. In fact, I never heard from Luis again. I had to call and ask to speak to the full fledged service manager, and he non-nonchalantly acted as if not much had happened. He never heard about the issue from Luis or the "weekend manager." Thus, I had been in contact with Corporate Chrysler, and he basically didn't care either (typical crap attitude rolls down hill).

Before I left Pro, I called Luis and asked him about the progress of the pictures they were supposed to take of my leather cracking, and after I told him I wasn't going to continue with his dealership, he "lost the pictures" in his database.

Thus, on the behest of the Corporate guy, I took it back to Centennial Chrysler for all my problems. I took it back again for all the same problems including the air suspension message (never been fixed or even "replicated), and again the service manager didn't know squat. I told him about everything including the tsb to fix the transmission jerk (which barely helped). He then proceeded to check the fuse box again (like he did before) to see if there were any "loose" fuses. What a joke! They had my car overnight, and the next day, all they did was basically have it for a joyride. They couldn't duplicate any problems including my liftgate or air suspension message. The leather "wasn't prematurely cracking" and they said they only drove the vehicle for 20 miles. However, I checked the mileage before I dropped it off, and they actually drove it for 40 miles! Yet, despite the air supsension message coming on all the time within the first few miles, they "couldn't duplicate the problem!" So I was left with barely any fixes and more dirtiness all around the vehicle exterior and interior!

(oh and the Jeep place in Aurora is very sketchy: they will lie their teeth off to sell you a vehicle!)

Thus, all of this was to inform you that Jeep SUCKS! We continue to have new problems after another (electrical mostly!). Worse though is that the dealerships SUCK MAJOR! They don't give a crap about customer service or properly fixing a vehicle! None are trustworthy! What's worse is Corporate Chrysler doesn't give a crap about this either! I sent in a review about all these problems and never heard a word back!

I came from a Lexus dealership. In no way did I expected the same level of service from Jeep, but I didn't think it was going to be this bad! Consequently, we are stuck with Jeep now and are scared to see what new problems arise especially after the warranty goes out!

I have had a few experiences with Pro and Johnson. You are correct, Louis at Pro was completely worthless as was their service department. He is the reason that I traded off my 2013 Ram 1500 with low miles as he was unable to fix the oil leaks, or return phone calls. Also, I had been in there about 6+ times to have him take pictures of the factory paint on my Ram that was peeling and he couldn't get it approved to get it repainted. Traded the Ram in at Johnson for my 2014 Limited JGC. So far they have been very responsive to both service requests along with warranty issues. I am going to put them through the test and start taking my fleet of Rams from the office there from now on. It is only a few minutes north on 85 in Brighton.

I took my GC to Johnson around a week ago and Jason, the service writer, listened to me and had the tech look at everything I asked about. This was my first service experience there after the purchase and it was very good.

Went to Autonation West and found them to be professional and courteous. Had a check engine light on a new Diesel and talked with the guy about ways to prevent the diesel fuel from gelling when it's -17 out. Walked away happy.

I know this is an ancient thread. But that is precisely why I want to bring it back from the dead. Dealerships change over time and I'm looking for current opinion on Denver Jeep service departments.

Yes, there are hundreds of dealer reviews online but getting an opinion from Jeep enthusiasts is worth more to me than reviews from the average person.

I'm most interested in Prestige Jeep in Longmont and Pollard in Boulder as those are the closest to me but I would like to hear about any dealer on the Front Range.
