That's all fine when the streets are nice and dry but last week we had an 1 1/2 of rain followed by 12 inches of snow so sport mode won't be used for a while.

Re: Bi-xenon auto leveling system not working properly

Jbkb- Did the removal of the negative cable work? I have the same problem with the auto leveling system. Upon starting the vehicle, the lights go up and then level off, but if I raise the QL to ORI or ORII, the headlights go up with the vehicle and do not adjust for the new height. Further, I have placed my vehicle on different angles and the headlights do not adjust. I have an 2012 Overland with HID headlights.

Re: Bi-xenon auto leveling system not working properly

RKlimas :No I haven't taken the time to disconnect any cables yet, I was hoping to find a place under the hood to do so or maybe locate a fuse that I could pull. To be honest I'm not a 100% sure how to even get to the battery I know it under the seat but that about it. If you know of any tricks on disconnecting the battery please do tell. I haven't received my owners manual from Chrysler yet. I plan on disconnecting the battery somehow tomorrow and I will let you know.

Slide the pass seat forward and pull the cover off the battery compartment. Remove the negative by simply looseningbthe bolt and pulling the cable off. Then depress the brake pedal a couple times and wait about 10 minutes....then reconnect.

Thanks for trying. Going in for routine service late January. I'll have them check this out.
