blue puff of smoke on startup

Noticed my wife's jeep smoked blue for a few seconds when she cranked it up yesterday after sitting for a few hours

Hemi with 37k on odo recently changed oil used mobil1 5-20
Has hemifever tuner
K&n cai
Stock otherwise

What could be causing the smoke

My dealer told me to put 7.5qts of oil and not 8 when I took it in for that. It comes up to the "Add" line for my 2011 5.7.
