Make sure you have the correct dipstick in it, the one it came with is wrong if 5.7L and likely the cause of your blue smoke.

didn't see your engine stated but assuming you have the v8 5.7 make sure you have dipstick part number 53034186AD for the 5.7 vs the defective one 53034186AC that it likely came with. If you have the AC and you fill your oil to full it will be over filled by one quart and you could get blue smoke like you are. The correct 53034186AD dipstick has fixed it for many people.
Take the $2500 for them putting you through all this time and mess with lawyers for 3 years and then go spend $18 and put the correct dipstick in problem likely fixed.
now if you already have dipstick 53034186AD and still get this smoke then disregard what I said lol. But my guess is its your dipstick, don't be shocked if the idiot dealer didn't even think to look for the correct revised dipstick
or for 6.4 L dipstick
