Glad we agree. Now we can get back to the conversation that myself and probably a few others will eventually deal with since this phone came out a few weeks ago. Just sucks i'm one of the first to deal with it but then again, i got my 14 in May/13 and have close to the top miles in it with over 35k in that short of a timeframe,

I cannot help you with your problem but thank you for posting. I am planning to upgrade my Motorola Droid Razr and was considering either the Samsung S5 or the LG G3. Although the LG has many attractive features, based upon your experience and others I will eliminate it as a choice.

The problem isn't LG per say. The problem has to do with the version of bluetooth. Not buying a LG phone is no guarantee your new cell phone will work with Uconnect. As most people have reported here it seems to be phones with the older versions of bluetooth that work best with Uconnect. Here is an oddity for you. My Samsung Galaxy Tracfone works fine with Uconnect yet I have to use a third party app to get it to work with my MacBook Pro laptop. On the other hand an iPhone works fine with my MacBook Pro laptop and yet has some problems with Uconnect. It all has to do with the version of bluetooth being supported by the device.

Re: Bluetooth pairing with LG G3 not working?

Fixed! Paired very easily actually. There is a setting in the bluetooth that u nEed to check mark to allow it it to view other devices. Then delete your old outdated phone from the uconnect, then start the pairing process. Works like a charm.
