The only thing I have noticed on mine, is on the roof rail on the top (outside) of the Jeep, above where I hear the rattle, there appears to be a loose rivet. The rivet on the other side (where there's no rattle) is snug. I'm wondering if this could be doing something?

Hmmm....well thanks for the update, and best of luck with yours. Please keep us posted if the rattle returns, or is indeed fixed.
Why don't you just tighten that up and see if it fixes it?!?!

The brake issue "could not be duplicated" and of course it has been intermittent and I couldn't show them either. I haven't felt it since I've gotten the vehicle back so hopefully it will stay that way. Part of me thinks it maybe is some sort of self-test of the brake system during start-up. The only time I have felt it was during reverse at start-up and even then I think I only feel it when I am in a hurry and shift within 10-15 seconds after I start the jeep. If you find out something different let me know. I am ready to stay away fromt he dealer for awhile. over the last month they had the Jeep in the shop for a total of 2 weeks. I was able to get a lot of things done but that was still frustrating to be paying for a vehicle that you can't drive. Best of luck!

That's definitely palusible. The curse of these vehicles being so quiet on the inside is that you hear EVERYTHING. It can drive you nuts. The A/C high pitched noise was driving me nuts. Luckily that one is fixed. Good luck finding the problem.

Re: Brake Issue and Panoramic Roof Liner Rattle

Little update after some tests today. I pushed up on the rear glass section itself while traveling the road that causes the rattle 100% of the time. While the glass was pushed up the rattle did not occur, leads me to believe it is the glass interface with the glass frame that is somehow loose. I also noticed that there are screws/bolts on the sides of the glass frame. I am going to tighten those up and see if any of them are loose. I roughly saw at least 3 that might cause the problem.

Thanks for the reply. Mine doesn't happen all the time and only happens once within the first 10-15 seconds similar to yours so I am not too worried about it. I am going to mention it next time I am in for an oil change and see what they say.
