2014 Overland V6, 4X4.
So I have had this issue since last November. What happens is there is a clunk noise when the truck comes to a complete stop. Some of you may have read this in my other post.
So after 3 visits to the dealership, I got a call from them this morning, telling me they are not able to fix this issue. The dealership called Chrysler, and discussed the issue. What they think is this is called BRAKE OVERRUN, so whenever the break pad is pushed hard, it'll bounce back to something (I missed this part), and there comes the noise. And they think it is a normal issue, and I have to live with it.
1. Does anyone know what Brake Overrun exactly is? I googled it, but only found it is something you will have if you are towing a trailer...
2. So Chrysler thinks it is a normal issue, well, it is an issue, but they don't know how to fix it...so what can I do about it?
Thanks for any advise!
